Job summary

Upstate Coin & Gold in Centennial, CO is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to oversee end-to-end logistics across multiple sites, including outbound shipments from hubs in New York and Colorado and select international orders. You will optimize inventory, manage the order-to-cash cycle in NetSuite, and coordinate with vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or related field.
• Minimum two years of relevant supply chain experience.
• Advanced MS Excel and Office Suite proficiency.
• NetSuite ERP experience highly desirable.
• Knowledge of contracts and vendor management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and expedit outbound shipments from multiple hubs and sites.
• Analyze inventory data daily and optimize stock transfers.
• Manage full order-to-cash lifecycle in the ERP system.
• Provide timely ETAs and updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct daily/ monthly inventory reconciliations.
• Coordinate fulfillment for remote shipping locations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve bottlenecks.
• Source and evaluate freight quotes to optimize costs.
• Monitor PO delivery and vendor performance.
