Standex International is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Manager to lead procurement, planning, and logistics. You will drive SIOP, supplier management, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

The role requires 8–12+ years of manufacturing supply chain experience, strong leadership, and expertise with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. You will ensure regulatory compliance and mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

8–12+ years of progressive supply chain experience in manufacturing.
Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) required.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with organizational goals and customer demand.
Drive SIOP processes to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Manage supplier relationships, including selection, negotiation, performance evaluation, and risk mitigation.
Identify and implement cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor KPIs including on-time delivery, inventory turns, forecast accuracy, and supplier performance.
Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to support production schedules and new product introductions.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing supply chain team.
Utilize ERP/MRP systems to improve planning accuracy and reporting.
Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans.
