Job summary

PI Industries Ltd in the United States seeks a Supply Chain Operations Analyst to manage day-to-day U.S. supply chain and customer fulfillment.

You will own the end-to-end order-to-cash process, coordinate shipments, perform SAP transactions, and ensure on-time invoicing. You will also reconcile inventories, support production planning, procurement, and continuous improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and service levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in supply chain, logistics, or order management.
• Experience with SAP and order-to-cash processes.
• Experience coordinating shipments with warehouses and carriers.
• Strong Excel data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete end-to-end order-to-cash process for the U.S. business.
• Enter and process customer orders in SAP and coordinate fulfillment.
• Schedule outbound shipments and monitor delivery status.
• Reconcile inventory and support audits; maintain master data.
• Produce operational reporting and drive process improvements.
