Job summary

PIM Brands seeks a Supply Chain Analyst for its Park Ridge, NJ headquarters. The role reports to the Supply Chain Planning Manager and drives procurement analytics, KPI dashboards, and vendor performance insights to support data-driven decisions.

The position focuses on inventory health, capacity utilization, and cross-functional collaboration with planning, operations, and suppliers in a fast-paced food & beverage environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management (CPG, food, or beverage preferred).
• Translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Experience with copacker/vendor management in food, beverage, or CPG industries is preferred.
• Exposure to capacity planning or production scheduling is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain MRP outputs to ensure accurate purchase orders and timely replenishment.
• Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and production schedules to determine procurement requirements and issue POs.
• Conduct runout analyses and maintain dashboards for procurement KPIs, inventory health, and vendor performance.
• Manage co packer relationships to ensure timely production and adherence to capacity plans.
• Monitor vendor performance on service levels, compliance, delivery accuracy, and product quality; recommend corrective actions.
• Evaluate supply chain data to identify risks, cost saving opportunities, and process improvements.
• Prepare and present actionable insights and reports on procurement KPIs, inventory trends, and capacity utilization to leadership.
• Collaborate with planning, operations, and suppliers to resolve material constraints and expedite deliveries.
• Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on material priorities and risk mitigation.
