Job summary

Responsibilities

• Serve as the link between customers, sales, supply planning, logistics, warehouse, and finance to resolve order issues and maintain high service levels.
• Monitor order flow and validate order accuracy; resolve delivery, inventory, pricing, and system-related issues.
• Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
