Job summary

All Your BI, a remote-first data agency, seeks a Solutions Consultant to own end-to-end client outcomes from discovery to delivery handoff. You’ll define problems, shape data-backed solutions, and lead presentations with stakeholders across commercial, operational and technical domains.

You will work with a data/BI stack and accelerator tools, collaborating with Sales and delivery teams to ensure credibility and successful outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Led complex client work across consulting, solution design, pre-sales or delivery.
• Ability to own the whole problem and drive outcomes beyond a single task.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and scoping to identify real business problems and constraints.
• Own the solution behind proposals, including approach, deliverables, risks and team.
• Shape the commercial case with Sales including pricing assumptions and story.
• Ensure delivery readiness and build proper handover for signed deals.
• Close the loop post-sale to improve future proposals and playbooks.
• Continuously improve the end-to-end process using AI where it adds value.
