Job summary

MetroCenter Signworks is seeking a Project Manager to guide signage projects from intake to invoicing in Nashville. You will handle basic design and estimating, communicate with customers and vendors, and coordinate production and installation.

The role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and strong math skills, with potential for partial remote work in the future. A background in signs and proficiency with Adobe Illustrator are important.

Qualifications

• Familiar with sign industry terminology and practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Solid basic math, geometry, and dimension/area understanding.
• At least three years in a full-range sign business.
• Bonus for experience with wide format printers, laminators, and plotters.
• Extra bonus points if familiar with Corebridge.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from intake through final invoicing.
• Assist with basic design and estimating.
• Collaborate with customers and vendors.
• Provide detailed design for production and coordinate installation.
• Track project status and update stakeholders.
• Support print production and assist installation team as needed.
