Job summary

You will coordinate with overseas and Mexico factories, manage timelines, inspections, packaging, and shipping routes to the Anaheim warehouse, and lead a small team including a Production Coordinator.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of apparel or accessories production experience (cut and sew).
• Experience with international factories and production timelines.
• Knowledge of inspection, testing and compliance processes.
• International logistics knowledge including BOL, port, and freight coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production for cut and sew and accessories orders from PO receipt to final delivery.
• Manage production timelines, WIP reports, and escalate delays.
• Coordinate inspections, SOC docs, and retailer compliance.
• Route shipments, generate packing lists, and liaise with freight partners.
• Lead the Production Coordinator and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
