ShineBask Technologies LLC in Atlanta, GA seeks a Restaurant Technology Project Manager to oversee technology deployments for new openings, remodels, and multi-location projects. Hybrid work model with travel as needed.

You will coordinate vendors, construction teams, and franchise partners to ensure POS, KDS, digital menus, drive-thru tech, cameras, and network infra are installed, tested, and ready before openings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, business, construction, hospitality, or related field.
• 4–6 years of project management experience in restaurant or retail environments.
• Direct experience managing technology projects for openings or remodels.
• Experience coordinating multiple technology vendors and contractors.
• Understanding of restaurant tech systems: POS, KDS, digital menus, drive-thru tech, cameras, networks, firewalls.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end technology projects for new openings and remodels.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate installation and deployment of restaurant tech systems (POS, KDS, digital menus, drive-thru).
• Coordinate vendors, contractors, electricians, and installation teams.
• Ensure systems are installed, configured, tested, and ready before opening day.
• Lead pre-opening tech readiness reviews and go-live validation.
• Serve as primary tech contact for franchise partners and field ops teams.
• Manage risks, issues, and escalations; conduct status meetings.
