Long Prairie Packing Company, LLC, an American Foods Group Company, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the end-to-end recruitment process—from identifying talent needs to extending job offers. The role involves sourcing nationally, interviewing, coordinating for multiple locations, and supporting onboarding.

The position requires 1–3 years in manufacturing recruiting, strong English communication, and knowledge of employment laws. Travel to various locations and campuses may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• High School Diploma.
• 1-3 years recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong technical/professional expertise in talent acquisition across hourly to management roles.
• Current knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong work ethic and personal responsibility for outcomes.
• Must be able to work flexible hours based on plant activities and needs.
• Ability to travel to other company locations and recruiting and campus events.
• Preferred: Spanish or Haitian-Creole communication.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates across the United States.
• Interview and screen candidates via phone, video, or in-person.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
• Assist with pre-employment screenings, job offers, and onboarding.
