Job summary

American Foods Group, LLC seeks a Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salary manufacturing roles, collaborating with facility leadership to meet staffing goals. You will source, screen, interview, manage offers, and drive onboarding while leveraging data to optimize processes and candidate experience across our Wisconsin operation.

Success in this role requires strong communication, regulatory awareness, and the ability to work across teams in

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting of hourly manufacturing employees.
• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, preferred.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, Spanish and/or Haitian-Creole (speaking, reading, and writing). Bi-lingual preferred.
• Prior experience in high volume recruiting in beef, protein, or food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Lead all recruitment lifecycle activities: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Drive recruiting process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
