Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a mid-level Program Manager to own the full lifecycle from planning through production, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance to ensure on-time delivery.

You will drive integrated plans, budgets, forecasts, and resource needs, while identifying risks and implementing corrective actions. Strong communication with stakeholders and experience in proposals are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience managing technical projects or programs in engineering/manufacturing environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from planning through production with ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and risk.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance.
• Strong project planning skills: milestones, budgeting, forecasting, and resource coordination.
• Proven ability to identify risks, investigate issues, and execute corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; translate complex tech info into clear updates.
• Experience supporting proposals, cost estimating, continuous improvement, and transitions into production.

Responsibilities

• Own the full program lifecycle from planning and kickoff to production transition and delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and finance to align priorities and resolve dependencies.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, budgets, resource requirements, and forecasts for on-time execution.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks and variances, and implement corrective actions.
• Manage scope changes and communicate impacts on delivery, resources, and financials.
• Provide clear, timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders on status and key decisions.
• Support proposals and estimating activities by coordinating technical inputs and cost assumptions.
