Boston Beer Corporation is seeking a Full-Time Commercialization Manager in Boston, MA. The role leads end-to-end execution for products, packaging, and marketing assets, collaborating with Brand Teams, Creative, Legal, Finance, Planning, and Operations to take concepts to customer delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, communicating updates to stakeholders, and identifying process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in project management, Marketing, or Business.
• 3-5 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Strong organizational, time management, attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of project management from concept to delivery to customer.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external stakeholders to keep project goals on track.
• Communicate project updates, timelines and status reports to key stakeholders.
• Flag project risks and facilitate solution-based conversations with key stakeholders.
• Utilize contemporary project management techniques to execute projects and improve workflow efficiency.
• Build cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate each project.
• Develop timelines based on Workfront templates by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timelines are adhered to by applying negotiation and influencing tactics to keep projects on time.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide suggestions to enhance efficiency.
• Utilize BBC systems including Workfront, Proof HQ, Master Data Management, SharePoint.
• Lead meetings, facilitate conversations, and ensure follow-up actions are completed by stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
