Responsibilities

• Lead Product Development – develop products per scope and internal quality standards.
• Project Management – manage low to medium complexity projects and flag risks.
• Consumer-centric Design – use insights to guide flavor and product development.
• Cross-functional Collaboration – work with Commercialization, Sensory, Brand, Legal, QA, Production.
• Scalable Manufacturing – design for efficient production at required scale.
• Beverage Science – translate ideas into technical solutions for drinkability.
• Problem Solving – identify solutions and secure needed support.
