Maker's Pride is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support end-to-end plant operations, coordinating production scheduling, materials planning, and logistics. You will manage inventory, aging, and material flow, acting as a liaison with customers and vendors to ensure high service levels.

Responsibilities include scheduling, PO management, BOM setup, and data maintenance in the ERP system, with a focus on optimizing cash flow and on-time delivery across multiple shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate or undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of supply chain experience.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and SAP.
• Effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsabilités

• Schedule production in line with customer forecast and module with the Supply Chain Scheduler.
• Manage materials inventory from PO through aging, usage, and disposition.
• Set up part numbers, BOMs, routing instructions, and ERP data standards.
• Coordinate PO optimization and inventory reduction initiatives to minimize working capital.
• Oversee outbound shipping of finished goods and residual materials, directly or with the Outbound Specialist.
• Maintain system records and reports for Supply Chain and Production.
• Proactively manage material changes and residual inventory with customers.
• End-to-end materials management including DOH targets, aging, usage, and disposition.
