Job summary

Maker’s Pride, LLC is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist to lead production planning, materials management and inventory optimization in a fast-paced plant environment. You will develop schedules, coordinate with suppliers and customers, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining data integrity in the ERP system.

This onsite role requires 4+ years in food/packaging supply chains, strong SAP and MS Office skills, and proven leadership to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education, certifications and experience.
• 4+ years of supply chain experience, direct customer contact required.
• Proficient with SAP and MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develops and adjusts production schedules aligned to forecasts and capacity.
• Manages materials planning, purchasing, and supply exceptions.
• Oversees inventory lifecycle, aging, usage, and disposition.
• Supports ERP setup including BOMs, routings, and part numbers.
• Coordinates outbound shipments and maintains data integrity in systems.
• Drives continuous improvement in inventory levels and PO efficiency.
• Provides regular updates to customers on materials status and performance.
