Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in payroll processing.
• Knowledge of State and Federal payroll laws and deadline requirements.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to process payroll via standard operating systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manages the payroll cycle workflow ensuring accurate calculations.
• Processes weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly expatriate payroll as applicable.
• Enters personal master data into HRIS including wages and tax withholdings.
• Maintains employee payroll records and verifies timesheets.
• Creates and analyzes attendance audit reports for payroll accuracy.
• Provides reports to Headquarters, Finance, and Production as requested.
• Performs accounting reconciliations and manages ACH rejects.
• Supports new hires with required state and federal forms.
