Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Enter and manage customer orders from multiple channels with correct pricing and shipping terms.
• Coordinate production, scheduling, and shipments; work with expediting teams to meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor order progress and communicate updates to customers and sales teams.
• Collaborate with production and internal teams to resolve issues and meet customer expectations.
• Support inventory planning by recommending stock adjustments based on sales direction.
• Ensure compliance with pricing, credits, freight, and quality standards.
• Process returns (RGAs) and credit memos accurately.
• Maintain strong product and systems knowledge.
• Champion safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.
