Job summary

PepsiCo in Austin, TX is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to own end-to-end order execution for assigned customers, from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy in pricing, quantities, lead times and routing.

You will build relationships with buyers and 3PL partners, proactively resolve order and fulfillment issues, monitor inventory and OTIF performance daily, and support EDI onboarding for new customers.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel and G Suite preferred.
• Experience with Inventory, Production, Logistics, or Warehousing is a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP/IMS systems and EDI experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end order execution for assigned customers, from order receipt through delivery.
• Review and process sales orders with accurate pricing, quantities, lead times, and routing.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers and 3PL partners.
