Job summary

L’Oréal USA in South Brunswick, NJ, is seeking an Order to Delivery Analyst to manage end-to-end order flows for key accounts and lead initiatives to streamline logistics.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain and IT to prevent delivery roadblocks and leverage Excel, SAP or PowerBI to optimize reports and support decision-making.

Qualifications

• Completed College Degree (Supply Chain/Logistics experience preferred).
• Strong data analytics skills including Excel pivot tables and lookups.
• Experience with SAP and PowerBI is a plus.
• Excellent communication to synthesize issues for diverse stakeholders.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis (no sponsorship).

A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Order to Delivery Manager, you will manage end-to-end order flows for key accounts and lead initiatives to streamline our logistics processes.

• Order Management: Secure order lifecycles from receipt to shipment, resolving blocks.
• Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Supply Chain, and IT to prevent delivery roadblocks.
• Analytics: Leverage Excel, SAP, or PowerBI to optimize reports and support decisions.
• Continuous Improvement: Conduct root-cause analyses to boost delivery KPIs.

We Are Looking For

An analytical self-starter with a growth mindset. You bring:

• Mastery of data analytics (Excel pivot tables, vlookups; SAP/PowerBI is a plus).
• Strong communication skills to synthesize issues for diverse stakeholders.
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude ready for a fast-paced environment.
• A completed College Degree (Supply Chain/Logistics experience preferred).
• Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis is required. No immigration support/sponsorship offered for this role
