Lumen is seeking a Network Implementation Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage a range of projects from ISP/OSP facilities to building moves. You will work with engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure quality, budget, and schedule adherence.

This role emphasizes accountability, ownership, and delivery across complex network deployments. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and fluency with current network products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Typically 3+ years of professional experience.
• Knowledgeable in systems and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent with current approved products and technology.

Responsibilities

• End to end project management across ISP/OSP initiatives.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships and performance audits.
• Balance workload among resources and manage market functional needs.
• Serve as field interface for engineering or construction teams.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical field construction standards.
• Lead moderate to complex work with external vendors on expansions, relocations, and additions.
