You will service battery systems and tune engines for drivability while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.

The role requires independent work with 3+ years of hands-on mobile equipment repair experience, strong tool handling skills, and a commitment to 5S and safe shop practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of hands-on repair experience with mobile equipment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Proper, safe use of hand/power tools, shop equipment, and diagnostic devices.
• Core principles of mechanical and electrical assembly; manufacturing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full teardown and rebuild cycles on complex equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues, electrical faults, and hydraulics problems with accuracy.
• Service battery systems and tune engines for optimal drivability.
• Run in-process quality checks and document results.
• Support reconditioning process from assessment to final sign-off.
