STADCO Precision is seeking an Accountant to own the accounting function end to end in a manufacturing environment. You will manage the general ledger, AP/AR, monthly close, and collaborate with external partners on payroll and tax matters.

This high-trust, high-visibility role requires strong technical accounting skills, meticulous attention to detail, and clear communication with leadership, vendors, customers, and advisors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Hands-on general ledger experience and professional accounting background.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and accounting procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; payroll processing experience with Paycor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the general ledger and ensure accurate recording of all transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoices, collections, and vendor payments.
• Lead monthly and annual close; prepare balance sheet and income statements; support budgets/forecasts.
• Oversee outsourced payroll and coordinate with external accounting firm on reporting and tax filings.
