Job summary

SuperAnnotate AI, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to own end-to-end delivery of complex LLM and Gen AI data programs. You will scope data collection workflows, resource plan, and ensure quality, with direct collaboration from researchers and client teams.

You will build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, guide resource and process design, and drive operational excellence across multiple concurrent projects in a hybrid San Francisco setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading complex technical projects or operations in client-facing roles.
• Track record of owning outcomes with cross-functional workstreams.
• Coding skills (Python, SQL) and depth in ML, statistics, or data science.
• Strong senior stakeholder communication with CTO/VP level.
• Sharp operational problem-solving and ability to move from analysis to action.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of LLM and Gen AI data engagements.
• Maintain trusted client relationships and ensure transparency and solutions orientation.
• Manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and delivery quality.
• Design data pipelines, quality frameworks, and review infrastructure.
• Lead and develop the operations team and set a scalable direction.
• Identify scope expansion opportunities with Go-to-Market teams.
• Provide leadership updates with clear health, risks, and outcomes.
