Job summary

SuperAnnotate in San Francisco is seeking a Strategic Projects Lead to own the end-to-end delivery of our largest LLM and Gen AI data programs. You will scope, plan, and oversee execution with researchers, data teams, and client engineers to ensure high-quality outcomes.

You’ll drive data pipelines, quality frameworks, and scalable processes while mentoring a growing team and maintaining strong executive relationships. This is a hybrid role with leadership impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading complex technical projects in client-facing roles.
• Experience owning outcomes across cross-functional teams.
• Solid coding skills (Python/SQL) with ML/data science knowledge.
• Strong senior stakeholder communication with CTO/VP exposure.
• Sharp operational problem-solving and budgeting skills.
• Understanding of Gen AI and LLM data workflows.
• Quantitative degree in STEM fields.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of LLM and Gen AI data engagements.
• Be the client’s main point of contact and manage relationships.
• Coordinate timelines, staffing, and delivery quality across projects.
• Design data pipelines, quality frameworks, and review infrastructure.
• Recruit, mentor, and performance-manage operations and SME team.
• Identify scope expansion and propose next engagements.
• Provide reporting cadences and executive briefings on project health.
