Job summary

JMJ PHILLIP is seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain Management to lead end-to-end supply chain operations in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment in Chicago. You will oversee sourcing, demand planning, production scheduling, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and fulfillment to drive service levels and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities include developing strategies, leading S&OP, managing supplier relationships, optimizing working capital, and building a high-performing team

Qualifications

• >8–12+ years of progressive supply chain or operations experience.

Responsibilities

• > Lead end-to-end supply chain across multiple manufacturing sites.
• > Develop strategies balancing customer requirements, production capacity, inventory, and financial objectives.
• > Establish demand planning and S&OP processes with cross-functional partners.
• > Manage procurement, supplier performance, and cost optimization.
