Job summary

Orbital Kitchens is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to own end-to-end operations, including demand planning, materials planning, inventory control, procurement, warehousing, and outbound distribution. You will ensure availability of ingredients, packaging, finished goods, and manufactured products while controlling costs.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with WMS/ERP/MRP, and a track record in perishable inventory management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience in food manufacturing or similar.
• 3+ years of demand and materials planning in food production.
• Experience with perishable inventory and shelf-life controls.
• Advanced Excel skills and large data handling.
• Experience with WMS and inventory budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand and materials planning.
• Oversee inventory management, FEFO, and waste reduction.
• Coordinate procurement with suppliers and manage lead times.
• Partner with Operations on warehousing and outbound distribution.
• Build planning trackers and KPIs, support ERP/MRP improvements.
• Support GMP, SQF, FSQA and lot traceability requirements.
