Job summary

Edible Brands seeks a Director of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end supply chain and warehouse fulfillment from our GA office, with occasional travel to Conyers. You will connect sourcing, product development, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and ecommerce to ensure products are available at the right time and cost.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience with hands-on warehouse, inventory and logistics.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience in ecommerce/manufacturing/packaging or gifting with supply chain integration.
• Strong commercial acumen balancing operational decisions with margins and cash flow.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify, OroCommerce or similar; NetSuite is desirable.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain, including sourcing, inventory, warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Oversee ecommerce operations and product listings across marketplaces.
• Partner cross-functionally to drive product development from concept to launch with margin targets.
• Balance inventory, cash flow, and margin while maintaining customer experience.
• Own and influence P&L and drive scalable processes in a growing environment.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing supply chain and logistics team.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable supply.
