Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project or program management experience.
• Hands-on email marketing execution experience.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or equivalent CRM/ESP).
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns end-to-end on tight timelines.
• Strong QA and flawless execution discipline.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end management for Email and SMS programs from intake to post-send reporting.
• Organize team around creation, sending, and insights for campaigns.
• Build and maintain campaign calendars, intake processes, and production workflows.
• Maintain PM systems and track tickets, tasks, and epics.
• Serve as the single accountability point for on-time, error-free execution.
