Job summary

Builders FirstSource, America's largest building materials supplier, seeks a Deployment Manager to own end-to-end deployments across business, technology, and operations. You will manage integrated deployment plans, readiness, and cutover activities, coordinating across multiple teams and stakeholders until go-live and stabilization.

Responsibilities include driving release readiness, managing risks and dependencies, and delivering production-ready deployments with clear governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of deployment or release management experience.
• Experience managing complex enterprise deployments with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated deployment plan across business and technology workstreams.
• Drive deployment readiness across environments, data, integrations, testing, training, and cutover.
• Coordinate dependencies across application teams, infrastructure, vendors, and business units.
• Establish milestones, entry/exit criteria, and readiness checkpoints.
• Facilitate readiness reviews and communicate risks, issues, and decisions.
• Own the cutover plan, sequencing, ownership, timing, and contingency planning.
• Coordinate go-live execution and transition into hypercare/stabilization.
• Capture lessons learned and improve deployment approach across releases.
