Job summary

Fluidstack, a NYC-based data center developer for AI infrastructure, is seeking a senior Commercial/Business Development leader to close complex, multi-party deals from LOI to signature across leases and EPC contracts.

You will coordinate legal, finance, engineering, and operations, own the deal process end-to-end, and report to the Commercial Team. Strong negotiation, process discipline, and ability to operate with CEO-level stakeholders are essential.

Qualifications

• Able to close complex, multi-party deals with precedent-setting terms.
• Proven experience negotiating with utilities, EPCs, AHJs, and customers.
• Strong cross-functional coordination across legal, finance, engineering, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Close billion-dollar transactions from LOI to signature across leases, colocation, EPCs, and utility commitments.
• Coordinate legal, finance, engineering, and operations to maintain momentum on deals.
• Run the end-to-end deal process with minimal handoffs and clear owner accountability.
• Keep stakeholders aligned and improve deal terms with rigorous documentation.
