Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in data center power distribution and thermal management.
• Knowledge of data center power and thermal management components from servers to data halls.
• Ability to translate concepts into customer production and architect technical solutions.
• Experience negotiating competing interests to reach optimal outcomes for stakeholders.
• Ability to travel and communicate with customers across geographic regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop next-gen AI infrastructure including accelerated compute, AI fabrics and AI-optimized storage.
• Engage with high-profile AI customers to tailor solutions for their applications.
• Architect end-to-end solutions from server to data center, including air and liquid cooled servers and integrated racks.
• Innovate power-centric solutions for dense IT environments and optimize energy efficiency and performance.
• Collaborate with partners to communicate differentiated datacenter concepts to customers and management.
