Qualifications

• Expert understanding of key networking technologies including switches, NICs, DPUs, and AI Fabrics.
• Experience integrating AI frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch into ML workloads.
• Experience with data center network design and optical distribution.
• Knowledge of industry networking protocol standards.
• Customer/partner project leadership experience; travel 20–30%.

Responsibilities

• Drive network and fabric design based on customer requirements and infrastructure needs.
• Define network topologies optimized for AI training and inference.
• Lead end-to-end AI network architecture including GPU-GPU, server-storage, in-rack cabling, and optical design at the data center level.
• Optimize topology and configuration to maximize AI cluster performance.
• Collaborate with external partners to create differentiated solutions.
• Develop networking software and architecture to integrate with AI frameworks and applications.
