Job summary

AlphaGov seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial interior construction projects from contract award through final closeout.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial interior construction.
• Experience with drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, or related interior finishes.
• Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, scheduling, and field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial interior construction projects from contract award through completion and closeout.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, manpower forecasts, and execution strategies.
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and scope documents to confirm requirements and identify issues.
• Coordinate with Superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, vendors, general contractors, and clients.
