Job summary

Blossom is seeking a Project Manager to lead onboarding, migration, and integration of credit union card programs (credit, debit, prepaid, and digital cards). You will liaise with clients, processors, networks, and internal teams to ensure on‑time, compliant implementations and long‑term health of programs.

You will guide readiness for vendor certifications, manage cutover weekends, and deliver clear status updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and professional PM certifications preferred.
• 3+ years managing card program implementations, migrations, or payments integrations.
• Experience with card processors and core banking systems is advantageous.
• Ability to interpret Visa/Mastercard rulebooks and PCI DSS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding, migration, and integration of card programs.
• Coordinate with card processors, networks, and BIN sponsors to meet deadlines.
• Develop detailed project plans, runbooks, and go-live cutover activities.
• Monitor risk, provide biweekly updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure compliance with Visa, Mastercard, PCI DSS, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve issues.
