Job summary

Blossom is seeking a Project Manager to lead onboarding, migrations, and integration of credit union card programs—including credit, debit, prepaid, and digital cards. You’ll coordinate with processors, networks, and internal teams to ensure on‑time, compliant delivery of card platform implementations and wallet rollouts.

The role requires strong PM, stakeholder management, and familiarity with Visa/Mastercard rulebooks and PCI DSS. Excellent communication during cutovers is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IS, CS, or related field.
• PMP/CSM/ETA CPP or related certifications preferred.
• Three+ years managing card program implementations or payments projects.
• Two+ years with card processors and core banking systems.
• Two+ years in credit union, card processor, or fintech environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of credit/debit/prepaid programs and wallet enablement.
• Liaise among clients, processors, networks, BIN sponsors and internal teams.
• Execute integrations across core banking, authorization and switching, and fraud platforms using SQL, Jira, and specs.
• Guide clients in adapting operations and communications for smooth cutover.
• Interpret Visa/Mastercard/PCI requirements to keep scope aligned.
• Develop project plans including BIN readiness, testing, timelines, and runbooks.
• Manage milestones and address deviations with mitigations.
• Draft regular status updates and leadership briefings.
• Implement communication plans across executives, processors, and teams.
• Build relationships with credit union executives and card owners.
• Analyze large data sets to support go/no-go decisions and health monitoring.
• Communicate well during cutover weekends, mandate windows, and incidents.
• Handle multiple card programs concurrently under fixed deadlines.
• Coordinate with developers, product managers, and operations to resolve issues.
• Coordinate readiness for Visa/Mastercard mandate releases.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
