Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking an experienced Privacy & AI Compliance Program Manager for the Ops Trust team. The role focuses on AI compliance and privacy program execution within Worldwide Operations, interfacing with privacy, legal, and compliance stakeholders to manage risk.

You will own privacy reviews, drive end-to-end delivery, and scale processes using data-driven insights across multiple projects and teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams.

Responsibilities

• Own a privacy review program and/or AI system compliance workflow for all of Operations.
• Manage several projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
• Partner with Ops business lines, privacy & AI compliance specialists, legal stakeholders, and other Amazon compliance teams to assess and mitigate privacy and AI compliance risk.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and using data to drive results.
• Identify, gather, track, and report key program metrics to Ops leadership.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities to scale and automate.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
• Communicate program status, risks, and blockers to leaders.
