Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of Electroneurodiagnostic experience preferred.
• Knowledge of END techniques/principles and operation/maintenance of END equipment.
• Interpersonal skills to communicate with patients/families, nursing staff and physicians.
• Analytical skills to detect pathologies based on physiological knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Performs END procedures and identifies data for physician review and reporting.
• Obtains brain activity wave forms for interpretation by physician.
• Provides END and evoked potential procedures for all age groups per policies.
• Educates patients and families about END procedures.
• Operates and maintains END equipment effectively.
• Assists management with performance improvement, budgeting, and equipment design.
• Performs tasks within scope of clinical education and expertise.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
