Job summary

Seattle Children’s seeks an electroneurodiagnostic technician to perform routine EEG procedures with supervision, including cEEG monitoring in the ICU and epilepsy monitoring in the EMU. You will record brain activity and collect data for interpretation, ensuring accuracy and a positive patient experience.

Required education includes a high school diploma (or equivalent) and completion of an accredited EEG/END program or equivalent training, with ABRET R.EEGT credential within 18 months and BLS

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited EEG/END Technology program, or equivalent formal training.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine electroneurodiagnostic procedures with supervision, including cEEG monitoring in ICU and EMU.
• Record electrical activity from brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, or somatosensory systems.
• Collect data relevant to interpretation of test results and ensure accuracy and positive customer encounters.
