Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking an End of Line Supervisor to lead the final assembly, testing, and delivery of autonomous surface vessels for defense customers. You will manage a team through final integration, QA, and documentation, ensuring compliance with rigorous standards.

The role requires strong leadership, process optimization, and knowledge of DoD requirements, with a focus on safety, quality, and on-time delivery in a high-visibility manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a manufacturing or production environment with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with autonomous vehicles, unmanned or defense-related technologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with DoD requirements and military standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee final assembly, testing, and QA of autonomous surface vessels.
• Coordinate end-of-line activities to meet timelines and specifications.
• Supervise final system integration of hardware and software components.
• Lead the team in corrective actions to meet timelines.
• Implement rigorous testing and inspection processes to meet DoD requirements.
• Develop and maintain end-of-line documentation and procedures.
• Lead and mentor technicians and engineers to ensure safety and quality.
