Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking an End of Line Technician to ensure the quality and functionality of mechanical and electrical systems on autonomous surface vessels prior to delivery to the DoD.

The role requires hands-on assembly, testing, and final inspection of complex systems, with collaboration across engineering and production teams to meet stringent specifications and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in mechanical or electrical technician roles in high-tech manufacturing.
• Experience with assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of complex systems.
• Familiarity with ASME, IPC, MIL-STD safety/compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-line testing, troubleshooting, and validation of vessel systems prior to delivery.
• Conduct final checks on propulsion systems, drive shafts, motors, actuators, and structural assemblies.
• Inspect wiring harnesses, circuit boards, sensors, and related electrical components.
• Use mechanical tooling and diagnostic equipment to test assemblies.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to verify specifications.
• Maintain logs of test results and repairs.
