Job summary

Saronic Technologies is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead all Quality operations at our shipyard facility. You will oversee QMS implementation across fabrication, integration, outfitting, testing, and delivery of autonomous surface vessels, ensuring compliance with ABS, US Navy, and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership in shipbuilding or complex defense manufacturing, capable of managing people and processes to drive quality, reliability, and customer

Qualifications

• Experience leading QMS in shipbuilding or defense manufacturing.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 and regulatory quality requirements (ABS, US Navy).
• Proven ability to implement document control, CAPA, and risk mitigation.

Responsibilities

• Lead site Quality personnel across fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery.
• Represent Quality in customer reviews, audits, and inspections.
• Drive process improvement with Lean/Six Sigma or equivalent methodologies.
