Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking an experienced End Line Supervisor to coordinate personnel, maintenance, and operations on the end line to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals. You will oversee training, scheduling, and maintenance, ensure efficient changeovers, review data, and draft SOPs.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge and experience in the operation, maintenance and overhaul of end line equipment.
• Effective written and verbal communication with vendors, contractors, management and other employees.
• Well-developed organizing and project planning skills and time/resource management.
• Demonstrated ability in using computer software (Excel, Word, Outlook, e-maintenance).
• High School Education/GED.

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs of end line personnel and deliver or coordinate programs.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback for performance evaluations.
• Organize, schedule, and track maintenance and repair of end line machinery and equipment.
• Review PM data to detect trends and manage work during changeovers, maintenance days, overhauls, plant shutdowns.
• Develop and update SOPs for end line equipment and JSAs.
