Crown Cork and Seal USA, Inc. in Belcamp, MD is seeking a Lead Operator for its Specialty Packaging line. You will operate and assist the Production Line Mechanic to maintain line efficiency, quality, and safety while recording production data.

The role includes training temporary employees and keeping clean, safe work areas. Ideal candidates will have the ability to work any shift, stand long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs, with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality

Qualifications

• Must be able to walk, lift/carry up to 50 lbs on occasion.
• Must be able to stand, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• Must be able to twist at the waist and bend repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist Production Line Mechanic with all direct and indirect production equipment.
• Maintain production line efficiencies, quality of production and records.
• Perform quality checks and verify finished goods meet specifications.
