Job summary

Crown Holdings, Inc. seeks a skilled professional to coordinate end line personnel, maintenance and operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity. You will oversee training, staffing, and scheduled repairs, enabling efficient changeovers and high plant uptime.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, updating SOPs, managing inventory, and collaborating with suppliers to adopt new technologies. Strong communication and planning are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in operation, maintenance and overhaul of end line equipment.
• Effective written and verbal communication with vendors, contractors and staff.
• Strong organizing and project planning abilities with time and resource management.
• Proficient in computer software (Excel, Word, Outlook, e-maintenance).
• High School Education/GED.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training needs for end line personnel and deliver or coordinate programs.
• Monitor progress and provide feedback for performance evaluations.
• Organize, schedule, and track maintenance and repair of end line machinery.
• Review PM data to detect trends and manage work during changeovers and plant shutdowns.
• Develop and update SOPs for end line equipment with safe work practices and JSAs.
• Monitor parts usage and maintain inventory levels, placing orders as necessary.
• Attend meetings to contribute technical expertise and suggest improvements in product quality.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to leverage new technologies.
• Meet with the end line team to coordinate trials and qualifications and improve information flow.
• Provide maintenance support to end line maintainers as needed.
• Prepare and deliver reports to management.
