Job summary

Inceptive seeks an executive assistant to support the CEO across calendars, travel logistics, and communications. You will partner with leadership to prioritize engagements, optimize the CEO’s time, and coordinate projects in a fast-paced, global environment.

The role requires a proactive, highly organized approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to navigate time zones and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Travel with CEO as needed and adapt to varying time zones.
• Handle ad hoc tasks and special projects as they arise.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it

• Holistic time optimization, including agenda and travel management across multiple engagements
• Vigilance in protecting the CEO’s time and focusing his attention where it matters most
• Tracking internal and external demands, prioritizing in collaboration with the CEO, and communicating decisions and priorities to various stakeholders
• Communication and coordination across a wide range of projects
• Finding ways to make things happen. When you hit an obstacle, your instinct is to figure out what would make it possible and come with options and a recommendation
• Coordinating local and international travel and logistics
• Frequently traveling with the CEO when useful to provide support and assistance
• Willingness to work varying time‑zone hours, depending on CEO’s needs as appropriate
• Ad hoc projects and tasks

Compensation

$108K + Bonus + Equity
