Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Food Science/Technology or related field with 1 year of experience in food/beverage industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science/Technology or related field with 3 years of experience in food/beverage industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development activities to deliver innovative products/processes/systems.
• Develop products in a timely manner using innovative ingredients/processes from insights.
• Manage bench and pilot plant trials through scale-up.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines and timelines.
• Travel up to 10% domestically/internationally; telework up to 40% of time.
