Job summary

Mercy Lebanon is seeking a dedicated EMT to provide direct patient care, assessment, and basic life support in a fast-paced EMS environment. This full-time position may include clerical, dispatch, and maintenance duties as needed.

Applicants must hold an EMT license for the employment state, be at least 19, and complete Hazmat Awareness, BLS for Healthcare Providers, and NIMS certifications within 90 days of hire. Endorsements and flexible shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• EMT license for the state where employed.
• Must be at least 19 years of age to operate Mercy EMS vehicles.
• Hazmat Awareness, BLS for Healthcare Providers, NIMS 100, 200, 700 and 800 within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs direct patient care including assessment, evaluation, and basic life support.
• EMT duties may include clerical, dispatch, and maintenance tasks as required.
• May work varying shifts and schedules.
