Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, provides occupational medical services nationwide. We are seeking motivated Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and Paramedics to join our team, delivering first aid and life-saving care at worksites.

This role combines clinical duties with field work, often on a PRN schedule with hourly pay of $25–$30. Responsibilities include responding to emergencies, documenting care, and coordinating with medical facilities.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting (e.g. ER or 911).
• 911 experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with federal, state, local and company policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary course of action; communicate with medical professionals for further instructions.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding workplace incidents and hazards.
• Stay aware of changing worksite environment to identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure care meets quality guidelines.
• Document all patient assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.

Schedule & Pay

Schedule PRNPay Range 25 30 hour

What Youll Do

• Respond quickly and effectively to on site medical emergencies
• Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with federal state local and company policies
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary course of actionCommunicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities for further instructions
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding workplace incidents and potential hazards
• Stay aware of the constantly changing worksite environment to identify and mitigate risks
• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure all care provided meets quality guidelines
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe and secure work environment

What Were Looking For

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state
• Current BLS certification
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting eg ER department or 911 ambulance service
• 911 experience is required
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
