Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is hiring EMTs and Paramedics for on-site medical coverage across work sites. The role offers a PRN schedule with competitive pay and requires active EMT or Paramedic licensure, current BLS, and at least 2 years in emergency settings.

You will respond to emergencies, provide first aid, and coordinate with medical facilities. Ideal candidates work well independently, under pressure, and in diverse site environments.

Qualifications

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
• Current BLS certification.
• At least 2 years of experience in an emergency setting (e.g., ER or 911 ambulance).
• 911 experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly and effectively to on-site medical emergencies.
• Provide first aid and medical care in compliance with policies.
• Assess injuries and illnesses to determine the necessary course of action.
• Communicate effectively with medical professionals and treatment facilities.
• Engage with clients and site personnel regarding workplace incidents and hazards.
• Stay aware of the changing worksite environment to identify risks.
• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure quality care.
• Accurately document all patient assessments and treatments.
• Assist Site Safety Managers in promoting a safe work environment.

As a CAREonsite EMT/Paramedic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and safety of workers by providing basic first aid through life-saving medical care. This position offers a dynamic mix of clinical and field work, where you may be part of a team or working independently.

Schedule & Pay:

• Schedule: PRN
• Pay Range: $25 - 28 / hr

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain high clinical standards and ensure all care provided meets quality guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Active EMT or Paramedic license in the applicable state.
